- Michael R. Nelson is the President of BlastPro® Manufacturing, Inc. and Nelson Industrial Services, Inc. He has over thirty-five years of experience in the shot blasting industry as a contractor and a manufacturer. He was President of Nelco Manufacturing, Inc. from 1983-1991.
- Paul Jackson is the Vice President of BlastPro® Manufacturing, Inc. He has five years of experience in the shot blasting industry as a contractor.
- Les Smith is the General Manager of BlastPro® Manufacturing, Inc. He has over twenty five years of experience in the shot blasting industry as a contractor and manufacturer of equipment. He was General Manager of Nelco Manufacturing, Inc. from 1984-1988.
- Rick Tarver is the Plant Manager of BlastPro® Manufacturing, Inc. Prior to joining BlastPro® Manufacturing, Inc. he was Plant Manager for Blastrac®, a manufacturer of portable shot blasting equipment. Rick has twenty years of experience in the design and manufacture of portable shot blasting equipment.
- Greg Hillyer is the Midwest and Marine Sales Manager for BlastPro® Manufacturing, Inc. He has over thirty years of experience in the shot blasting industry as a machine operator, coatings applicator and contractor. He was a Project Manager for Nelco Manufacturing, Inc. from 1981-1991.
- Bruce Stephany is the West Coast Manager for BlastPro® Manufacturing, Inc. He has over twenty years of experience in the shot blasting industry as a contractor and a coatings applicator. He was West Coast Manager of Nelco Manufacturing, Inc. from 1988-1993.
- Karl Judt is the Pacific Northwest Manager for BlastPro® Manufacturing, Inc. He has over twenty years of experience in the shot blasting industry as a machine operator and coatings applicator.
- Ed Kroeker is the Application Specialist for BlastPro® Manufacturing, Inc. He has twenty years of experience as an operator, designer, and fabricator of shot blasting equipment.
- Brian Suttle is a Sales Representative of BlastPro® Manufacturing, Inc. He has eight years of experience in the shot blasting industry as an equipment operator, job superintendent and project manager.
- John Hall is a Sales Representative of BlastPro® Manufacturing, Inc. He has twenty-six years of experience in the shot blasting industry as an equipment operator and superintendent for Nelson Industrial Services, Inc. and Nelco Manufacturing, Inc.
- Spencer Murphy is a Plant Superintendent of BlastPro® Manufacturing, Inc. He has eight years of direct shot blasting experience and ten years of hydraulic and engine expertise. Spencer leads our research and development team and is head of new product development
- Louis Rodriguez is the West Coast Sales Manager of BlastPro® Manufacturing, Inc. He has more than 15 years of experience working in the concrete polishing and surface preparation industries. He has a vast knowledge of shotblasting equipment, having operated and maintained various brands of equipment over his 15 years in this industry.
